EPIC - Finding your purchase
I activated a game via EPIC keyless redemption, but I cannot see it in my EPIC library, why is this?
After activating a game you may find that whilst it appears your CONNECTIONS tab when viewing your account on the EPIC website, the game does not appear in your library via the EPIC Games Launcher, this can be resolved by reviewing the steps below:
- If your library view is set to display Installed games only, then you will not be able to see your newly activated game, to resolve this please remove any Filters seen on the right in the screenshot below by selecting the RESET button.
- If you still do not see your game then please select the Refresh library button at the top left of your EPIC Games Launcher, this will ensure your library is up to date and your game should appear, you can see an example of this in the screenshot below.
