Redemption instructions:

1. Go to StarTrekOnline.com
2. Log into your account or sign up for free
3. Click the gear icon at the top right of the Arc Client
4. Select "Activate a Product" and enter your code
5. Launch the game and complete the Tutorial
6. Claim the item from the CStore in the "items" tab
