As soon as we found out there was an issue this morning, we got in touch with the publisher to resolve it. Unfortunately, due to time difference and miscommunication we were unable to get an update on the situation until now. This is the reason why we were not able to update customers on the situation.
All the standard edition keys for Atelier Ryza have been sent out so, please check your emails / GMG accounts. We’re working our way through the deluxe edition keys and hope to get them all out by tomorrow. Please do get in touch with our Customer Support team if you have any issues.
Pre-purchase Content Missing
We are aware that some customers have not received their pre-purchase offer (Ryza’s Outfit Divertimento Embrace) with their keys. We are investigating this with the publisher and will update you as soon as we get clarification on the issue.
