No game key received

If you have placed your order successfully and received a confirmation email but there was no key contained in the email, the reasons for this can be:

1. You have placed an order for a game which is not released yet. Your key will be sent to you by email closer to or on release date (please check the notes on the product page for more precise information on key release timeframes).

2. We have temporarily run out of keys for this game. Rest assured that we are working hard to obtain more stock and will backfill your order asap. You will receive a separate email with your key when it is available.

In both of these instances you are eligible for a refund, provided we have not yet sent you your key.
