For those lucky few who we met at EGX, some of you may have ran into an issue with your voucher code redemption. It appears some voucher codes are missing the second hyphen to separate the last two segments.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused, please find below the correct format of the voucher codes you were given.
It also appears that new customers to our store will need to enter their billing address in their profile page before trying to redeem the voucher, we have found an issue with billing address details entered during the checkout process are not being saved.
