This error appears for two reasons:

  • you have another tab open and you are trying to amend an order currently in the payment process, if this is the case, please finish this transaction or cancel the order to amend your basket.
  • The second reason is a rare bug in which a previous purchased failed to complete and the basket needs to be cleared manually.

The following steps will help resolve this issue:
