Payment - Lost confirmation mail/receipts
Unfortunately we are unable to resend any order confirmation e-mails, as these are automatically sent upon completing an order. Please ensure that you keep these in a safe place, either by putting them in a select folder within your e-mail inbox or by printing it out, as we will be unable to resend you another one if it gets lost or deleted by accident.
You will still be able to view which games you have ordered in your Green Man Gaming account under ‘My Games’ and we can verify any purchases via a support ticket.
