I purchased a game and did not receive a key?

Keys are provided instantly for a game that has been released, if your purchase was for an unreleased game, i.e Pre-order/Pre-purchase your key will be delivered on the day of release unless otherwise stated on the product page/blog. Please see this article for more information on Pre-purchase games.

Keys are provided instantly for a game that has been released, if your purchase was for an unreleased game, i.e Pre-order/Pre-purchase your key will be delivered on the day of release unless otherwise stated on the product page/blog. Please see this article for more information on Pre-purchase games. In the case of Uplay titles, keys are no longer provided, and instead use Uplay connect to activate. Please follow the instructions in this article for further information.

Will I get the pre-order bonuses that X retailer are advertising?

We only provide bonus content as advertised on our own product page, on occasion, retailer pre-order bonuses can differ. 

Where can I find my game keys?

You can find all your game keys listed in your account games page.  Playfire Client only games may not display a key.

You will also be emailed any keys when purchased/ released to your registered Green Man Gaming email address.

The game I purchased is released and I have not received a key?

Please check for your confirmation email as well as your account games page to see if your key is available. If you are still unable to find your key, please contact customer support for assistance.
