How long does it take for my account to upgrade to Gold tier?

The upgrade will be applied to your account automatically within 1 hour. If your account has not upgraded to gold tier within 1 hour, please reach out to our customer support team for further investigation.

When will I receive my key?

Keys are not provided for this item, once you have redeemed your voucher code it will state "awaiting key" but this is simply the default message when no key is available. You are not required to do anything else and your account will automatically upgrade within 48 hours.

How do I find XP offers when my account has been upgraded?

You can access your XP page by clicking on the XP tab found on the home page of the store. Here you will find exclusive discounts and your monthly XP voucher packs. 

When are new Monthly packs made available?

Typically new packs are released in within the first few days of every Month and last until the end of that month. This can vary however based on current ongoing promotions on the store that may conflict with the monthly pack.
