To locate your account type please follow the steps below:

Login to your Square Enix account via this link: https://secure.square-enix.com/

Select account information:

You may need to enter your date of birth to confirm you are the account owner to continue. 

You'll; then be presented with your account information as so, you can locate your account type under "Region"
