After download, you may see Error Message IM004 when you install this game.
(This is because there is a file within the game that alerts users' virus scanners. Please note that this is a 'false positive', and the file poses no risk.)
You will need to reset your virus settings, by allowing your virus scanner to allow these two files:
C:\Program Files (x86)\CapsuleGames\
C:\Users\YOUR NAME\AppData\Local\Green Man Gaming\.
Once you have done this, you will need to exit Capsule (please do this via the Capsule Menu), and then re-open, to install the game successfully.
After installing Patrician III, but before running the game, you need to do the following to get the game running.
First, press and hold the windows key then press the r button, then release.
You have to enter one of the lines below into the dialog then press enter. If you're running a 32bit version of windows, use the line below;
%PROGRAMFILES%\CapsuleGames\Patrician III - PC\P3Setup.exe
Or, for 64bit versions of windows, use the line below;
%ProgramFiles(x86)%\CapsuleGames\Patrician III - PC\P3Setup.exe
Press each test button, then Ok, and Patricians III should be configured.
You should now be able to play your game!
